The apartment in the heart of one of the cities in the center, rebuilt as part of the TAMA 38 project

was planned and designed as an urban space that brings together art and design

The bright loft overlooks the courtyard that spreads out from the wide balcony

And is interwoven with unique works of art created by the owner of the apartment

Presenting a living work of art that she plans in which every detail reflects inspiration, creativity and modern aesthetics

Here a family space is created that invites life and hospitality

That uses contrasting and multi-layered materials

Between dismantled bricks with a raw finish, and airy curtains made of linen, mesh fabrics and velvet

Between meticulous carpentry work that combines artistic painting

And brass and fiberglass lighting fixtures that decorate the space

This is the place where art meets space and the space itself becomes a canvas of ideas, colors and emotions
